PCC celebrating 10 years of success

3 February 2015

The long awaited Polish City Club’s 10th Anniversary Ball took place on 15 November 2014 at the Institute of Directors in London.

It was an unforgettable evening and a great opportunity to celebrate the club’s successes over the last 10 years. More than 150 guests attended the ball, including PCC members and friends, and honorary guests.

The evening started with welcoming drinks in the IoD’s [xxx] room, after which guests were invited to the [main hall / room]. Jacek Pawlowski opened the official part, welcoming guests, paying tribute to the deceased members, and reading out a letter from the PCC’s founding members. Official speeches by PCC’s former President Daniel Stachowiak  PCC’s President Dorota Zimnoch and Minister Counsellor Dariusz Laska followed.

After the official part, guests were invited to enjoy a three course dinner, followed by live entertainment. Demonstrating the Club members’ diverse talents, the Dorota Zimnoch and Benny Maslow duo performed two spectacular dances – a tango and cha cha cha, much to the delight of the dinner’s guests. At the end of the official part of the evening, guests were invited to vote for, and donate money to, one of the three charities the evening:

Passion for Freedom £ 135 + € 20 + £200 PCC donation

Barka UK  £ 74

Movember  £120

After the official dinner, guests took to the dance floor with a DJ playing live music. While the ball officially ended just after midnight, some guests continued the celebrations at West End clubs until the early morning hours.
